Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's sales goals.
Drive traffic for the sales department by setting appointments for prospective customers by:
Handling incoming calls and following up on customer visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Responding to Internet Lead requests through calls, text and emails Following up with past customers Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Must have excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice) Comfortable with computers and technology systems Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
Forward customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
Prior sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or BDC experience a plus but will train the right candidate Team-oriented Hard working Bi-lingual is always a plus but not necessary No experience necessary, will train the right candidate as long as he/she is ambitious and wants to learn Good attitude and energy is the only requirement for this job Walk in interviews are welcomed Job Type:
